July 1 to Aug 31 @ 7:00 pm at Riverside Park: Music in the Park! Free performances take place at the Riverside Park Rotary Bandshell each evening, 7:00–8:30 pm, weather and air quality permitting. Cancellation of a show is at the discretion of the evening performer. Food Trucks will be in Heritage House (100 Lorne Street) every evening starting at 6:00 pm.
July 5 at the Effie Arts Collective: Pierre Bensusan’s One Guitar – One Voice Tour. The French-Algerian is considered a superstar in Europe, has just wrapped a sold-out tour of China, and has just completed the West Coast US shows. Pierre will bring his historic 50th Anniversary tour “One Guitar – One Voice” to the British Columbia interior for seven shows. Check his website for details.
